- 4x Bunches of Red and Green Grapes

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Layout your Brie and Camembert whole. Add the Blue Cheese whole and be sure to give each cheese enough space to breathe. Thinly slice and cube the Cheddar and Red Leicester and place around the board in handfuls. Lastly, add the discs of goats cheese in a long, diagonal line to create a sense of asymmetry.
- Next, add the red and green grapes into healthy bunches. Two or three across the board will do.
- Place the cranberry chutney, wholegrain mustard and your choice of olives into separate ramekins and place well on the board.
- Thinly slice some apple and place.
- Take small handfuls of varied crackers and place.

- 2x Kiwis (thinly sliced)
- 3x Bunches of Grapes (red, green and black)
- 3x Sprigs of Thyme, Rosemary and Sage
- 1x Star Fruit (or other fruit/cheese shaped with a star cookie cutter!)
- 1x Handful of Fresh Cranberries (whole)

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Layout the pine and any other greenery or springs you’d like to use in the shape of a Christmas tree onto your wooden cheeseboard.
- Place the celery at the bottom of the leaves to create something that resembles a tree trunk.
- Cut your cheese into cubes and layout into rows, leaving space for the fruit.
- Take your grapes and kiwis (and any other green fruit you can think of!) and fill in the rows you have left.
- Add fresh herbs in between the rows to fill in spaces.

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Arrange all of your cheeses whole onto the cheeseboard, leaving enough space between each cheese.
- Add the cold meats around each of the cheeses, leaving space for the rest.
- Now add the crackers into small stacks around the other food.
- Add in the green and red fruits into gaps around the cheeseboard.

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Layout various green herbs and sprigs at the bottom of your cheeseboard, making sure some pieces poke out on the side in a rustic fashion.
- Unpack all of your cheeses and place them in various positions onto the cheeseboard, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Take a few pieces of each of your cold meats and shape them into half-moons or your preferred shape. Place them on the cheeseboard next to the various cheeses.
- Take 2 ramekins and fill each one with some marmalade or wholegrain mustard. Place on the cheeseboard close to the cheeses.
- Take 2 more ramekins and fill them with nuts of your choice. Again, place them onto the cheeseboard, close to the other ramekins.

For The Bread:
- 1x round crusty loaf
- 1x Camembert
- 2x Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
- 2x Sprigs of Rosemary (finely chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Honey
For The Cheeseboard:
- 1x Blue Cheese
- 1x Goat’s Cheese
- 2x Mature Cheddar Cheeses
- 3x Varieties of Cold Meats (salami, chorizo and prosciutto)
- 1x Tub of Green Olives (ramekin)
- 3x Figs
- 1x Box of Crackers
The Accessories:
- 1x Round Wooden Cheeseboard
- 4x White Ramekins
- 3x Teaspoons

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Use a sharp knife and cut a hole in the centre of your chosen bread loaf, making sure it’s big enough to fit the whole camembert cheese into. Place the cheese into the hole, slice the bread and cheese diagonally in a criss-cross pattern onto their surfaces and place onto a baking tray. Tear the excess bread and scatter onto the tray.
- Combine garlic, rosemary, olive oil and honey in a bowl and drizzle over the loaf, cheese and smaller chunks of leftover bread.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the top of the cheese is soft.
- Place the baked camembert loaf into the centre of your cheeseboard, along with the toasted bread briefs and arrange the rest of the cheeses, meats, figs and ramekins in a festive way.

How To Make This Christmas Cheeseboard:
- Unpack your cheeses onto your cheeseboard and spread out nicely. Try to balance them out so visually they’re appealing to your guests.
